Introduction

We’re pleased to announce that booking is now open for the NIPA Annual Dinner.

This very popular black-tie dinner is the key event in the infrastructure planning calendar and represents a great opportunity to entertain clients and colleagues in the fabulous surroundings of The Brewery, featuring a champagne reception followed by a four-course dinner with wine.

Due to the high demand for this event, we must limit each company to one table initially. The company must have at least one NIPA member to be eligible to book a table.

This policy ensures many more member companies have the opportunity to attend. While we understand this may be disappointing to those accustomed to booking two tables, we believe it is the fairest approach.

Once you have secured one table, you can join the waitlist for a second table if you wish.

Sponsorship

There are a limited number of sponsorship packages for this event. If you would be interested in supporting the NIPA dinner please email events@nipa-uk.org for further details.

The closing date to express an interest in a sponsorship package is Friday 30 August. Companies that supported last year will have the first option on these packages.

Tables are for 10. Individual NIPA members are encouraged to attend and will be accommodated with small groups on “unattached” tables. The ticket price includes champagne reception, four course meal with 1/2 a bottle of wine per person, mineral water, coffee/tea and petits fours, free bar serving wine, beer and soft drinks from 2200 hours until 0100 hours. Terms and Conditions

  • This event is organised by Quadrilect Ltd on behalf of the National Infrastructure Planning Association (NIPA).
  • Bookings will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The organisers reserve the right to change the venue and/or speakers, provided this remains within the overall objectives of the conference.
  • The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme and/or speakers if circumstances require.
  • The organisers accept no responsibility for the views expressed by speakers or contained in conference materials.
  • Once a booking has been made, cancellations will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued. If a booking is cancelled after an invoice has been issued but remains unpaid, the full fee will still be payable. Substitute delegates may attend; however, if a substitute is not eligible for the original ticket type (e.g. a non-member attending on a member ticket), the difference in fees will be payable.
  • Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense incurred by delegates in connection with the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  • The organisers reserve the right to use photographs and recordings taken at the event for promotional purposes.
  • Upon booking, an automated confirmation email and VAT receipt will be sent to the email address provided. Please check your junk/spam folder if this is not received within 5 minutes.
