Annual Dinner

Wednesday 2 December 2026

Introduction

Important Booking Information

Following another sell-out event last year, we are very much looking forward to welcoming members and their guests to our new venue, the Royal Lancaster London, for the 2026 NIPA Annual Dinner. The move enables us to increase capacity to around 900 guests, allowing even more members and organisations to attend this flagship event.

All table/ticket prices include:

  • Champagne Reception
  • Four-course dinner
  • Half a bottle of wine per person
  • Tea, coffee and petits fours
  • Free bar (wine, beer and soft drinks) from 10.00pm till 1am
  • Cash bar also available

Table Bookings

Due to the continued popularity of the NIPA Annual Dinner, table bookings will again be limited to one table per organisation.

To be eligible to book a table, organisations must have at least one current paid NIPA member.

If you were hoping to book a second table this year, we appreciate this may be disappointing. However, this policy allows as many member organisations as possible to attend the event.

Additional Tables

Organisations wishing to book an additional table may join the waiting list when making their booking.

Should further capacity become available, additional tables will be allocated at the organisers' discretion, taking into account a range of factors including sponsorship, the number of current paid NIPA members within an organisation and the order in which waiting list requests are received.

Table Allocation

Following the allocation of tables to sponsors and official guests, all remaining tables will be allocated in the order bookings are received, first to the approximately 69 tables to be located within the main ballroom, and secondly to the remaining 20 tables to be located in the immediately adjacent and adjoining Nine Kings Foyer, which will form an integral part of the event. Guests seated in the Nine Kings Foyer will benefit from:

  • Large screens relaying the stage, speeches and presentations throughout the evening.
  • Easy and step-free access to the main ballroom.
  • The after-dinner bar, which will also be located within the Nine Kings Foyer, making it an excellent location for networking after dinner.

The new layout has been carefully designed to create a single event experience, and we are confident guests in both adjacent areas will enjoy the same fantastic evening of dining, networking and entertainment.

Tables will therefore be allocated on the basis described above. If, however, your organisation would not be able to accept a table within the Nine Kings Foyer, please let the organisers know at the time of booking. If the order of your booking received and therefore table allocation would result in you being allocated a table within the Nine Kings Foyer, at that point your booking will be cancelled and the table offered to another organisation.
