Introduction

We’re pleased to announce that booking is now open for the NIPA Annual Dinner.

This very popular black-tie dinner is the key event in the infrastructure planning calendar and represents a great opportunity to entertain clients and colleagues in the fabulous surroundings of The Brewery, featuring a champagne reception followed by a four-course dinner with wine.

Due to the high demand for this event, we must limit each company to one table initially.

This policy ensures many more member companies have the opportunity to attend. While we understand this may be disappointing to those accustomed to booking two tables, we believe it is the fairest approach.

  • Once you have secured one table, you can join the waitlist for a second table if you wish.
  • Priority for Second Tables: Priority will be given to those organisations with the greater number of NIPA members (typically 10 or more).
  • Second Tables Release: All available second tables will be offered to those on the waitlist at the end of August.
  • If you are successful with securing a second table this will be positioned next to your first table.

We will release more tables nearer the time. Also if we receive any cancellations we can offer to the those on the waiting list too.

Terms & Conditions

  • This event is organised by Quadrilect Ltd on behalf of the National Infrastructure Planning Association.
  • Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis. Companies are limited to one table in the first instance
  • Booking is considered binding immediately. Payment is required by return on receipt of an invoice, we have a 14 day payment term for this event by BACS or cheque only. Please note we do not accept debit/credit cards for this event. Payment must be received in full prior to the event.
  • After your booking is submitted you will be able to download a VAT invoice and a dietary form. If you were not able to do this please email us and they will email a copy.
  • We will include a link to complete your guest names and dietary requirements in the confirmation email. This information is required on or before Tuesday 12 November 2024 so we can submit final numbers/dietaries to the venue and the guest names will appear in the dinner menu booklet.
  • This is a ticketless event.
  • Once booked no cancellations can be made and you are liable for payment of the invoice, unless the event is sold out and your booking can be re-sold. In that event a 25% administration charge will be made.
  • The organisers reserve the right to change the venue/speaker within the overall objectives of the dinner.
  • VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK rate.
