The last government asked Lord Banner KC to conduct a review into legal challenges against NSIPs. His report has now been published here.

NIPA fed into Lord Banner’s review in the Spring and we are now preparing to respond to the Call for Evidence, the deadline for which is 30th December 2024.

We would like to form a small working group for this purpose, and NIPA Council member James Maurici KC has kindly agreed to lead this.

Please would any member interested in this issue sign up below by Friday 06 December and there will be a Working Group call at 10.30am to 11.30am on Monday 09 December 2024.
