Tables are for 10. Individual NIPA members are encouraged to attend and will be accommodated with small groups on “unattached” tables. The ticket price includes champagne reception, four course meal with 1/2 a bottle of wine per person, mineral water, coffee/tea and petits fours, free bar serving wine, beer and soft drinks from 2200 hours until 0100 hours. Please indicate the quantities you require:

This event is organised by Quadrilect Ltd on behalf of the National Infrastructure Planning Association.
Bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis. Companies are limited to one table in the first instance
Booking is considered binding immediately. Payment is required by return on receipt of an invoice, we have a 14 day payment term for this event by BACS or cheque only. Please note we do not accept debit/credit cards for this event. Payment must be received in full prior to the event.
After your booking is submitted you will be able to download a VAT invoice and a dietary form. If you were not able to do this please and we will email a copy.
We will include a link to complete your guest names and dietary requirements in the confirmation email. This information is required on or before Monday 10 November 2025 so we can submit final numbers/dietaries to the venue and the guest names will appear in the dinner menu booklet.
This is a ticketless event.
Once booked no cancellations can be made and you are liable for payment of the invoice, unless the event is sold out and your booking can be re-sold. In that event a 25% administration charge will be made.
The organisers reserve the right to change the venue/speaker within the overall objectives of the dinner.
VAT will be charged at the prevailing UK rate.

Photography: I/We have read and understood this statementAn official photographer will be present at the dinner to capture moments from the evening. These photos may be used on the NIPA website and in future marketing materials, including emails and promotional content.
