NIPA MEMBERS ONLY

We would like to invite you to attend a NIPA Matters meeting on Monday 12th May at 4pm to 5.30pm, to discuss members’ thoughts and comments on the Government’s recent amendments to the Planning and Infrastructure Bill removing pre-application consultation obligations from the Planning Act 2008.

This meeting follows Board Chair Tom Carpen’s letter to members of 24th April, available here.

We will be hearing from a range of speakers – government (MHCLG), applicants, local authorities and non-statutory third parties - and considering what might be the implications and opportunities of these changes in practice and what could government guidance do to enable different parties in the system to carry out their roles in shaping infrastructure projects more effectively?

Please book for the meeting by completing the the registration form below. A link will then be emailed to you before the meeting.
