The NIPA Early Years Practitioners (EYPs) Steering Group together with the Junior UK Environmental Law Association (UKELA) are pleased to invite you to a joint knowledge sharing and networking event on Tuesday 6th February 2024 at the London offices of Gateley Hamer, 1 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7DX.
This is an Introduction to Compulsory Acquisition as part of Junior UKELA’s ‘The Basics’ seminar series. It’s a great opportunity for anyone working in the planning, infrastructure and environmental sectors to gain a critical overview of the world of compulsory acquisition. Speakers will introduce key legal principles and talk to their experiences working in the sector on Development Consent Orders and Compulsory Purchase Orders, including from a practical angle.
The seminar will be followed by Q&A, drinks and networking with NIPA EYPs and Junior UKELA members.
