Call for evidence
on building nuclear for a new UK “golden age of clean energy abundance” Parliamentary scrutiny of proposed NPS EN-7
Following NIPA’s response (available here) to the recent DESNZ consultation on National Policy Statement EN-7 for new nuclear deployment, NIPA has received a Call for Evidence from the House of Commons Energy Security and Net Zero Committee to help assess whether EN-7 provides a coherent and effective framework for enabling the UK’s nuclear ambitions. We invite NIPA members to get in touch if you would like to be part of a specialist group who will be contributing and collating this evidence, building on our recent EN-7 submission.
The deadline for the Call for Evidence is 17th August. Please sign up below by 28th July if you would like to contribute.
